Risk
Instead of treating each number or diagnosis in isolation, I look for the underlying metabolic dysfunction connecting them.
A DIFFERENT APPROACH
I don’t start with another prescription.
I start by asking why the problem developed in the first place.
Nutrition as therapy
Therapeutic carbohydrate restriction is central to my approach for many patients. Depending on the individual, that may include low-carbohydrate, ketogenic, animal-based, or carnivore approaches.
Protein and muscle
Adequate protein, resistance training, and preserving or building muscle are fundamental parts of improving metabolic health and body composition.
These are therapeutic tools, not diet identities.
Measure more than glucose and A1C
Insulin, lipids, kidney and liver health, uric acid, inflammation, body composition, blood pressure, and other relevant markers help define the full metabolic picture.
Medication when appropriate
I am not anti-medication. Medication has an important role. But the goal is not to keep adding prescriptions while the underlying metabolic dysfunction continues to progress.
NUTRITION AS THERAPY
Nutrition is not an afterthought. It is treatment.
For many patients with insulin resistance and metabolic disease, I use therapeutic carbohydrate restriction as a primary intervention.
Animal-based, high-protein nutrition is the foundation of my approach. Depending on the patient’s metabolic state, preferences, and goals, the degree of carbohydrate restriction may range from a whole-food low-carbohydrate approach to ketogenic or carnivore nutrition. Intermittent fasting may also be used when appropriate as part of the broader metabolic strategy.
High protein. Real food. Fewer refined carbohydrates. Fewer ultra-processed foods.
The goal is not adherence to a diet label. The goal is measurable improvement in metabolic health.
WHAT WE'RE WORKING TOWARD
The goal is better metabolic health, not just better numbers on paper.
Depending on the individual, treatment may focus on improving several markers and outcomes at the same time.
Lower glucose and insulin
Loss of excess body fat
Improved
blood pressure
Better satiety
and appetite control
Lower triglycerides
More muscle
and better body composition
Improved
liver health
Less medication when clinically appropriate

WORK WITH ME
Choose the care path that fits where you live.
I work with patients through my U.S. telehealth practice and in person in Dubai.
The clinical philosophy is shared, but the care experience is different in each location.
UNITED STATES
Physician-led metabolic
care by telehealth
For patients in states where I am licensed, care begins with a detailed assessment of your metabolic health, medical history, medications, lifestyle, and laboratory data.
• Telehealth care across multiple U.S. states
• Comprehensive physician consultation
• Ongoing physician and coaching options
DUBAI
Comprehensive metabolic
care in Dubai
For patients in the UAE, I provide comprehensive metabolic care at C37 Medical Hub in Dubai Healthcare City through a two-visit assessment designed to understand your metabolic health and build an individualized treatment plan.
• In-person physician assessment in Dubai
• Individualized laboratory and diagnostic plan
• Results review and personalized treatment strategy
UNITED STATES
A more complete way to approach metabolic health by telehealth.
My U.S. practice is designed to go beyond a brief appointment and a new prescription. The process begins before we meet, so our consultation can focus on understanding what is driving your metabolic health problems and building a plan to address them.
01
Discovery Call
Start with a complimentary 20-minute call to discuss what you’re trying to improve and whether my practice is a good fit.
02
Intake + Testing
Complete a detailed medical and lifestyle intake. When appropriate, laboratory testing is obtained before the physician consultation.
03
90-Minute Consultation
We review your history, metabolic markers, medications, nutrition, lifestyle, and priorities, then build an individualized treatment strategy.
04
Ongoing Care
Continue with physician-led care, coaching support, or follow-up visits based on the level of support you need.
DUBAI
A comprehensive metabolic assessment built around your individual health.
My Dubai practice at C37 Medical Hub uses a two-visit assessment so there is time to understand your history, examine the metabolic picture in detail, obtain the right testing, and then build a treatment plan around the results.
01
Initial Assessment
A 60-minute in-person visit to review your medical history, medications, nutrition, lifestyle, metabolic concerns, and perform a focused physical examination.
02
Targeted Testing
Laboratory testing and other diagnostics are selected based on your individual history, risk factors, and clinical findings rather than using the same panel for everyone.
03
Results + Treatment Plan
At a 30-minute second visit, in person or virtual, we review your results and build a personalized plan for nutrition, exercise, medications, supplements, and monitoring.
04
Follow-Up Care
Ongoing 30-minute visits are available to monitor progress, review new data, adjust treatment, and reduce medication when clinically appropriate.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF METABOLIC CARE
Built around time, context, and a plan that goes beyond managing numbers.
More time to understand
the full picture
Your history, medications, laboratory data, nutrition, lifestyle, and metabolic risk are considered together.
A physician-led plan
Nutrition, resistance training, testing, and medication management are integrated rather than treated as separate pieces.
Care designed for
meaningful follow-through
The goal is a clear strategy you can implement, measure, and adjust over time.
