✅ Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with Coach Lindy

✅ Unlimited email/text support with the health coach

✅ Personalized lifestyle and dietary strategies

✅ Progress tracking and accountability support

Simple Pricing

• $500 Initiation Fee: covers onboarding and 90-minute initial consultation with Dr. Jarrouge

• $400/month x 4 payments for the 16-week program. Price Includes:​​

  • Initial assessment and weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with the health coach

  • Monthly 30-minute follow-up visits with Dr. Jarrouge (Four total)

• Options for extending the program or transitioning to a maintenance program afterward
